We run our SaaS installations on reliable and highly available infrastructure components. These are hosted in an AWS region consisting of multiple data centers (Availability Zones or AZ). In the event of an AZ failure, all services are transferred to another zone, which guarantees high data availability. During operation, we monitor the state, utilization, and performance of the applications and troubleshoot problems related to server instances and infrastructure. We perform multiple backups each day so that we can restore your data immediately ifnecessary.
